Q: When does my snail mail get shipped?
A: All snail mail is packaged and shipped on the 20th of each month. Any subscriptions started after the 20th will be included in the following month’s mail!

Q: How long will it take for my snail mail to arrive?
A: Delivery typically takes about 3–5 days, though timing may vary depending on your location and local postal service. International mail may take up to 1-1.5 weeks.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship anywhere mail can be delivered :)

Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Of course. I love sharing my art with you, but I know life changes. You're free to cancel whenever you need, and you're always welcome back! To manage your membership, login or create an account with the email you used at checkout, and click here!

Q: Can I gift a subscription?
A: Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s name and shipping address in the “shipping address” section at checkout, and the subscription will be sent directly to them! :)

Q: What if my address changes?
A: No problem! To update your shipping address, simply log in to your account or create one using the same email address you used at checkout and click here. Once your address is updated, all future snail mail shipments will be sent to the new address. To ensure your changes are reflected in the upcoming month's mailing, please submit any address updates by the 20th of the month.
